Hi, I’m Cat May, and I’m passionate about nutrition—it’s been a lifelong interest of mine. Over the years, I’ve tried just about every diet, health fad, and supplement out there. If you’ve seen it online or on Instagram, chances are I’ve given it a go. But after years of chasing quick fixes, I grew tired of the constant cycle of trying and failing. I realized I needed to go deeper, to build a solid foundation of knowledge and become truly qualified in nutritional therapy.
My Story
Finding the right program took time, but when I discovered the Nutritional Therapy Association, I knew it was the perfect fit. Their holistic, research-based approach to nutrition resonated with me, especially their focus on ancestral eating rooted in the principles of Weston A. Price. Their values align with mine, and I knew I wanted to bring this knowledge to others—especially women like me, in their 40s, who are overwhelmed by conflicting information and just want to find what works for them.
Through my journey, I’ve learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Bio-individuality is key; what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women discover their own unique path to health. Nutritional therapy believes in the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself when given the right support. By focusing on the six foundations of health and addressing any imbalances, I help women restore balance and reclaim their vitality.
Nutrition is powerful—it’s the foundation of every cell in our bodies. While Western medicine excels in many areas, nutrition is often overlooked, yet it’s crucial to our overall well-being. I’m here to help you harness that power and find a sustainable path to health that truly works for you.
